As a kid my favourite movie was Ace Ventura: Pet Detective And then I was watching it in college as I was transitioning, And I was really down. I think I wanted something that was going to bring me up and make me happy …And then we get to the end. There is this long scene of him barfing, inducing barfing, brushing his teeth, scraping out his tongue, gargling with mouthwash. Trying to cleanse himself of the fact he has made romantic contact with a trans person. And then as he’s going to have his scooby doo moment, He does so by pulling down her skirt Turning her around And exposing that her genitals are tucked. And then we get to the end And then we get to the end And then we get to the end And then we get to the end And then we get to the end And then we get to the end.

They are unanimous in their hate for me and I welcome their hate! You are the gardener, with the words that you speak, Of blooms that grow bright, of roots that grow deep Each painful attack, strength mothered by you, Each venomous barb, births power anew These defiant seeds, you cannot halt My flesh is the soil, you cannot salt These shoots burst forth, born in hatred Their search for joy, unabated Nothing but growth from your violence created You break through the ground, in order to kill, But all that you do, is strengthen our will, Nature mistaken, now fully corrected, Made strong by your blade, hardened, perfected These defiant seeds, you cannot halt My flesh is the soil, you cannot salt These shoots burst forth, born in hatred Their search for joy, unabated Nothing but love by your venom created The knives they cut deep, But no blood will flow, From wounds that are made, For the flowers that grow The knives they cut deep, But no blood will flow, From wounds that are made, For the flowers that grow

Killed 04:15
Cold, alone, muddy and wet Left to die, by friends that you met A voice so free, a song cut so short And yet in your death, your life they distort Falling over themselves not to mourn But to throw you their backhanded scorn They shout of your end and your fame, But refuse to remember your name We know what this tale becomes We read the words that pound like drums Yes, your body did succumb But true mourning never comes Killed by the dog whistle Killed by the knife Killed by the headlines For living your life Killed by the dog whistle Killed by the knife Killed by the headlines For living your life

You need to accuse me You must interrupt, Your existence is pure, Mine is corrupt What is a woman? Describe your birth, Why aren’t you like me? Acknowledge your curse! If you cannot stay silent, And leave us alone, Then turn your hate inwards, And burn with your own Build the pire high, Build till they see their fate, Let the smoke rise, And choke them on their hate, Build the pire high, Build it so tall, Let the smoke rise, And choke them all Build the pire high, Build it so tall, Let the smoke rise, And choke them all Build the pire high, Build it so tall, Let the smoke rise, And choke them all Burn Burn Burn Burn Choke on your hate Choke on your hate Choke on your hate Choke on your hate Burn Burn Burn Burn

The girl that slept Through all of her youth While I lived the nightmare Refused to see your truth I left you for dead Would not let you dance I enforced your silence I gave you no chance You died so young You fell asleep I couldn’t wake you Buried so deep You died so young You fell asleep I couldn’t wake you Buried so deep I’m sorry I missed you That we never met I’m sorry I crushed you, With fear and regret

55 YEARS The battle has not been won 55 YEARS The gains can be undone We do not have a choice But join the fight or die They’re coming for us, siblings So raise your battle cry Arise, daughters of Marsha! Lend your voice to the throng You may think us crazy But that don’t make us wrong You hear her call Your strength will be her fist You hear her call You will not be dismissed We will be your armor And we will be your shield We will be the Phalanx That will refuse to yield Arise, daughters of Marsha! Lend your voice to the throng You may think us crazy But that don’t make us wrong Arise, daughters of Marsha! Lend your voice to the throng You may think us crazy But that don’t make us wrong I have been beaten, I have had my nose broken, I have been thrown in jail, I have lost my job, I have lost my apartment for gay liberation and you all treat me this way, what the fuck’s wrong with you all? Think about that!

Abomination 04:17
To you we are abomination, How dare we ask for liberation? You act with joyful predation, Yet in your fear, a new gestation, Epidemic, plague carriers all, We infect with hope, with joy we stand tall Why such dread, when we number so small, I think you know, your bastions will fall We did not chose this war, But with no choice to fight, If you want our extermination, Then we will do what is right!

about

The debut EP “Silhouettes” is a chaotic and dissonant symphony of resilience and courage against a society that not only turns a deaf ear to LGBTQIA+ rights, but is often actively attacking both rights and lives.

If you have never experienced it, prepare to be consumed by the shadows of discrimination – “Silhouettes” is a visceral exploration of the challenges faced by transgender individuals, weaving tales of strength and authenticity while being engulfed by hatred.
